Week 12 - Weigh In


I'm not gonna lie, I've not been doing so great the last 4 weeks. Mentally my depression has been kicking my ass and as a result i have been comfort eating quite a bit. I'm not proud that Ben and Jerry made me their bitch, or that i had take out 3 times in 1 week but i did try to keep going with Slimming world as best as i could the rest of the time.

One thing i am proud of is that i have been working out more. I've borrowed an exercise bike and have been slowly increasing my stamina. Hopefully I'll be able to last a full hour by the end of the summer.

So back to the weigh in, I knew that i had been bad so i was expecting that i would actually have put weight on. I mentally gave myself a scolding and so long as i wasn't more than 18st 2lb i would be satisfied.

Cut to weighting myself this morning and you can image how surprised i was to see 17st 5.6lb

With my new Bluetooth scales that send the results to my phone I'm now able to track my weight, BMI, Fat, muscle and water percentages.


Since starting my weight loss journey I've lost almost 2 stones which I'm really proud of. I know I'm gonna have a few hiccups next week as we are going on holiday down to my mums but so long as i keep trying I'm hoping to hit he 2 stone mark by week 16.
