As this is a lifestyle blog, I discuss many aspects of my life. This might include parenting, mental health and disability as those are big parts of my life. There might be things I discuss that might be triggering to some, where I think a trigger warning is necessary I will include it. I only ever want to share parts of my journey, not upset people.
